Cynthia Moore visits Keystone Community Services’ Midway Food Shelf in St. Paul on June 28, 2022. “They usually have way more than this but everyone’s kinda hurting right now.” Moore said. Shelves are emptier than they have been in the past as food shelves across the metro are seeing an increase in people needing assistance and CEO of Second Harvest Heartland predicts this will be the “hungriest summer ever.”
